Through the on-line obtaining the information on NPP operations,the risk monitor system is timely updates online risk models and equipment reliability parameters,calculating the instantaneous risk level of a nuclear power plant and providing decision support for the operation.Maintenance and management of a nuclear power plant,is an effective operation and management tool based on risk guidelines.However,the premise of online risk is to monitor and identify the status of nuclear power plant systems and equipment.The paper takes nuclear power plant as the research object.According to the application requirements of online risk monitoring,provides support for the practical engineering application of online risk monitoring and management system.First of all,according to the design scheme of on-line risk monitoring system of nuclear power plant,the application requirements of condition monitoring are combed.On the principle demand analysis of software engineering condition monitoring software is carried out.Secondly,on the basis of software requirements analysis,the overall structure database identification module and man-machine interface design are carried out.Software development is completed based on Visual C#2015 and Access2010.Software can target different NPP research objects to achieve the establishment of system-level and component-level state monitoring objects,state monitoring criteria,monitoring results monitoring and other functions.Finally,taking the cooling water system of nuclear power plant as an example,the system-level and part-level condition monitoring programs are established by using the developed software.Off-line test results show that the software meets the intended design features.The software designed and developed by the thesis has laid the foundation for the application of online risk monitoring system.
