With the implementation of the IMO Convention,board ballast water in the performing country must meet stringent standards,and ballast water emergency treatment systems should be set up in ports and port areas to reduce the risk of invasive alien organisms.Therefore,according to the requirements of China's high-efficiency treatment technology for ballast water,this paper adopts the coupling treatment method of magnetic flocculation and high-gradient magnetic separation technology to carry out the experimental research and mechanism analysis on the efficient step separation of ballast water.Make suggestions for optimization of the corresponding process.In this experiment,wheat straw powder was selected as the basic material,and Fe3O4particles were implanted on the surface of wheat straw so that the wheat straw magnetic powder could be removed by applying a magnetic field after adsorbing harmful substances in the water.The effect of different preparation conditions on the magnetic seed properties of wheat straw was investigated,and the optimal preparation parameters of wheat straw magnetic powder were determined.The magnetic properties of wheat straw were analyzed by scanning electronic microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,magnetic hysteresis loop,x-ray diffraction,and hysteresis loops.Under the optimal conditions,the removal rate of algae from wheat straw magnetic powder was increased by 34.14%and the turbidity removal rate was increased by 16.63%compared with common magnetic powder.Static test was used to analyze the treatment effect of different flocculant+wheat straw magnetic powder combination agent and its dosage on ballast water,and the optimal flocculant type and dosage were determined.When the perfect forward secrecy?PFS?and wheat straw magnetic powder dosage were 400mg/L and 25mg/L respectively,the removal effects of algae and turbidity were all optimal.Among them,relative to the use of wheat straw magnetic powder alone,PFS+wheat straw magnetic powder combination agent increased algae removal rate of 19.86%,turbidity removal rate increased by 17.81%.A high-gradient magnetic separation device was designed and tested for device performance,and qualitatively examined by a single-factor dynamic test in a high-gage magnetic separation device,the effects of magnetic field strength,water velocity,and number of filter elements on the removal efficiency of algae and turbidity.The results of this study were analyzed to obtain the conditions for handling high-gradient magnetic separation technology to treat ballast water:the magnetic field intensity is 7.47mT20mT,the water flow rate is 1L/h5L/h,and the number of filter plates is 28 The dosage of wheat straw magnetic seed is 400mg/L,and the removal rate of algae and turbidity can reach more than 70%.The response surface methodology was used to optimize the magnetic flocculation-high gradient magnetic coupling treatment of ballast water technology.The effect of various factors on the removal rate of algae in ballast water was analyzed as follows:magnetic field strength>water flow rate>magnetic straw dosage>PFS dosage.The optimum simulation operating conditions were as follows:PFS dosage 25.8 mg/L,wheat straw magnetic seed dosage 398.98 mg/L,magnetic field strength 20 mT,and water flow rate 6.91 L/h.At this time,the algae removal rate was 88.32%.This test uses modified magnetic seeds for the magnetic flocculation-high gradient magnetic separation coupling treatment of ballast water.While reducing the cost of magnetic seed,it also increases the ability of magnetic seeds to adsorb microorganisms and suspended impurities in water.After magnetic seeds are adsorbed,high-gradient magnetic separators can be used to rapidly separate them from ballast water.Satisfy the port,harbor area for the ballast water efficient green processing needs,has a high application efficiency and engineering value.
