The fault-tolerant and reliable of ship anti-roll control system is an important factor to ensure the safe operation and return.When the fin stabilizer fails due to various factors,the ship stabilizer control system should be able to quickly adjust the control strategy and reconfigure the control system according to the fault characteristics and damage characteristics.This is of great importance to ensure that the ship can continue to complete the task of sea operation and safety Return home,It has a very important meaning.Therefore,this paper proposes a reconfigurable control system based on pseudo inverse method and fixed point method,and analyzes the system.The main contents of this study include: firstly,the purpose and significance of this paper are described,introduced the development history and current status of the reconfiguration control technology at home and abroad,and the common reconfiguration control methods are classified and discussed.At the same time,discussed the development history of ship anti-shake at home and abroad.Second,analyze the external forces and moments analyzed by the hull,establish the ship dynamics model and kinematics model,use the wave energy spectrum density,establish the ocean wave interference mathematical model,and verify the accuracy of the ship's linear motion model for the ship's maneuverability simulation.effective.Then analyze the requirements and conditions of the remodeling control of the anti-roll control system,and analyze and summarize the typical failures of the control surface.Finally,based on the characteristics of the multi-servo redundant control system and the superiority of the redundant control system design using the control allocation technology,the control algorithm based on the combination of the pseudo-inverse method and the fixed point method is studied.A set of control methods for anti-shake and remodeling with good real-time performance,small computational complexity,easy application and satisfying actuator constraints are designed.Different reconfiguration control strategies are designed for different failure conditions of the stabilizer.At the same time,the anti-rolling performance of the designed anti-rollback reconfiguration control system is simulated and verified in different sea conditions.The simulation results show that the ship anti-rolling reconfiguration control based on the control distribution design can coordinate and control the multi-control surface better.The fins can effectively ensure the system's ability to prevent rollover in the event of various types of failures.
