The particulate matter is a kind of special material form in nature,its characteristic is different from the solid and fluid,granular materials often exhibit more abundant than ordinary solid and fluid mechanics,which is mainly due to the discrete properties between the solid particles within the particle system and the non-linear dissipation characteristics of the interaction between the particles.The study of mechanical properties of granular materials has become one of the hot topics in scientific research.At the beginning of this century,the turbulent motion and kinetic behavior of particulate matter were listed as one of the 120(the Forty-third)scientific problems together with life science and astrophysics In science magazine.It is obvious that the study of particulate matter has a great influence on the world today.According to relevant statistical data,the world annual production of up to tens of billions of tons of grain,mineral mining can reach tens of billions of tons of grain,no matter for or exploitation of minerals,separation,separation,particle segregation grading homework are essential steps.With the increase of the population of the world,mineral resources become more and more exhausted,and the sorting rate of grain and mineral is paid more attention.Vibration sorting is one of the important classification and classification forms of grain and minerals,compared with the single vibration mode(vertical line,horizontal line and horizontal circumference),the separation operation of combined vibration has the characteristics of sorting,good classification and practical,and so it is worth developing and researching.This study intends to adopt means of discrete element method and experimental,as well as such theories as theoretical mechanics,powder mechanics,fluid mechanics,mechanical vibration mechanics.The segregation behavior of particles with the same diameter,different materials and particles of the same material and diameter is studied under the combined vibration of a vibrating trough.The effects of vibrator structure,vibration order,vibration time and particle factors on the energy,momentum and velocity of the mixed particles are revealed.The complex kinematics and kinetic behaviors of the mixed particles are revealed,and the combined vibration Particle segregation and transformation mechanism.Working with the focus of scientific research,and with the energy saving policy is consistent,this research will enrich the kinetic theory of granular material segregation,the engineering practice provides valuable theoretical guidance of mixed particle separation operation.
