If automobile companies want to take up more shares in the market,they must develop and improve their products based on customers.The evaluation of customer satisfaction is one of the direct and effective ways to understand the customer's wishes.However,domestic research on customer satisfaction started late just with a narrow coverage of evaluation,and research on customer satisfaction in automobile industry is not thorough enough.This paper analyzes the current situation of customer satisfaction research in the automotive industry at home and abroad,and elaborates the concept and characteristics of customer satisfaction,and studies the mainstream customer satisfaction models at home and abroad,and proposes to establish a car satisfaction model using multiple linear regression methods.The core research content of this article is based on the Jetta car.First of all,it constructs an index system for the satisfaction of automobiles,with the overall satisfaction of automobiles as the first-level index,the ten aspects of the automobile as the second-level index,and the third-level index as the development of the second-level index;Then design a questionnaire based on the indicator system,the results of the pre-survey of 30 vehicle owners were analyzed.On the one hand,test the internal consistency of the questionnaire,and on the other hand,use the method of factor analysis on the validity of questionnaire to optimize the structure.The optimized questionnaire was distributed in the form of site and network,and the survey results were analyzed.The vehicle satisfaction model was established using multiple linear regression.Finally,according to the size of the regression coefficient,analyze the impact of various aspects of the car on the overall degree of car satisfaction,under the premise of analysis based on current market conditions,according to the current status of the product and issues,propose some vehicle satisfaction improvement strategies,which mainly includes product strategy and price strategy.
