Research On The Outsourcing Management And Scheduling Method Of Job Shop Based On Multi-agent

This thesis mainly studies the job shop scheduling problem of multi-products and small batch production mode.Some process tasks are outsourced to supplement production capacity and multi-agent technology is applied into workshop production.The multi-objective optimization job shop scheduling problem is modeled and solved combining the contract net mechanism and improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-II).On this basis,the multi-agent based job shop scheduling system is designed and developed in combination with the actual needs of the enterprise.First,the research and application status on job shop scheduling base on multi agent and considering outsourcing are introduced,and summarizes the value of multi agent technology solving complex scheduling problem and the lack of traditional outsourcing of tasks are summarized.Secondly,the related theories and techniques of multi agent system and its development platform are introduced.Then,combining the organization structure,work flow and functional requirements of the enterprise,the architecture of shop scheduling system based on multi agent is designed,and the structure and function of each agent are designed in detail.Thirdly,considering transport time and cost,the multi-objective optimization model of job shop scheduling problem with process outsourcing is established.The corresponding coding and decoding methods are designed,and the improved non-dominated sorting genetic algorithm is used to solve the example.The simulation results prove the effectiveness of the algorithm.Considering the two abnormal situations of emergency inserting and equipment failure,the corresponding rescheduling rules are applied to achieve the dynamic rescheduling of the workshop.it ensures the normal operation of the processing system.Finally,the interface of agent and database structure of system are designed,and the workshop scheduling management system based on multi-agent is developed using WEB technology and agent development platform JADE.Through the independent operation of each agent and auxiliary operation of human-computer interface,the function of system is displayed.
