In order to realize the precise control of PMSM,it is necessary to identify the rotor position of the motor.The traditional rotor position identification of the motor is through the position sensor,but the system volume is increased and the reliability is reduced.So it is necessary to study the position-sensorless technology,however,no position sensor technology needs accurate motor parameter to realize rotor position identification.In the actual operating condition of the motor,motor parameter are susceptible to magnetic saturation and temperature,so we need to identify the parameters of the motor on line.This paper introduces the structure,classification and characteristics of PMSM,on this basis,the mathematical model of IPMSM is established by using the coordinate transformation method,and the vector control strategy is proposed.Studies the position-sensorless technology based on the improved flux observer and the online identification of motor parameters based on affine projection algorithm,the simulation model and experimental platform are built.The simulation and experimental results show that the design of the IPMSM sensorless control system has good running performance.The problem of integral saturation and DC bias for traditional flux observer using pure integrator,LPF is used instead of a pure integrator,a amplitude-limited integral compensator is designed to compensate the amplitude attenuation and phase advance caused by LPF.Finally,the identification of rotor position and rotational speed of motor is realized by PLL.The influence of the motor parameters on the magnetic saturation and temperature in the position sensorless technology,design of motor parameter identification based on affine projection algorithm.Arrange two different sampling times to respectlively identify quadrature axis inductances,stator resistance and permanent magnet flux linkage,it solves the problem of the low rank in the multi-parameter on-line identification of motor.Finally,upgraded the identified parameters into the vector control based on improved flux observer.Finally,the sensorless controller of the IPMSM is designed,and Matlab/siumlink simulation model and experimental platform are built,the feasibility of the sensorless control system of the IPMSM is verified by simulation and experiment.
