As an important part of the automobile,the gearbox has been attached importance to by the automobile manufacturers.In the gearbox,the middle shaft gear is the key station in the gearbox assembly process.Transmission of the gear shaft system between the gear and gear shaft is usually set up large amount of interference in order to make sure its in the normal work of the high speed and high load condition,the assembly usually adopts the technology of the hot pressed,first gear heated hole enlargement and then will be being connected with the shaft.The gearbox gear thermal pressure mounting steps are various and time-consuming,which is often the bottleneck of the whole production line.It is effective to improve the production efficiency of the assembly line.Firstly,this paper studies and expounds the process of transmission gear hot pressing.The technology of heating process,pressure loading process and cooling scheme of gears are summarized,classified and studied.By combining theory and experiment,the process of hot pressing of gearbox is determined.This topic beat optimization scheme,mainly through the chain table inserted sequence algorithm for variable speed gear axle box hot pressed middle location to the optimal selection,movement of robots in order to optimize the working process of the robot,shorten the waiting time of the robot workstation.Through the Delmia simulation software,the simulation environment of the workstation was created,and the optimization scheme was simulated and verified in the software,and the feasibility of the optimization scheme was verified.The optimization method in this paper makes the workstation more reasonable,meets the working process of production requirements,reduces the waiting time of the robot in the station,and improves the production beat.The simulation software will get the robot's movement program and position layout,which will provide important guidance for the layout and production of field station,and shorten the preparation period.
