| Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the continuous development of our country’s high-speed railway vehicle business,great changes have taken place in people’s way to travel,with the use of railway vehicle,improved significantly,the relevant industry standards such as performance and security of railway vehicle is becoming more and more high.Among them,the wheel and rail passenger car axle as connection as an important part of a wheel transmission power,performance and service life of rail passenger car play a key role,so the accurate detection of its form,error is a key technology,is of great significance to development in the field of testing.At first,this article for the emu axle alignment error and straightness error detection problem,used a detection system based on light sensor,through the PC sends commands to the movement control card,motion control card output pulse to control the servo motor,the rotation of the driving axle and light curtain horizontal motion sensor system,movement process,the light sensor data from the surface of the axle,different forms of data acquisition is realized.Then,in the process of calculating the axle alignment error,the installation of the system deviation emphatically researched,by the least squares method to determine the actual axle rotary axis,with each rotation Angle in the process of calibration rotation axle center position for point set P,the minimal enclosing circle algorithm based on alpha shell out the smallest enclosing circle of point set P,n measurement section by the genetic algorithm of minimum enclosing circle cylinder,then the shaft alignment error.In the process of obtaining the straightness error of the axle,the method of pole calculation is mainly used in the least inclusive method.Through the analysis of national standard GB/T11336 calculation process,the way of determining the third pole has certain defects,therefore puts forward the directional search and iterative principle of pole,in order to improve the calculating accuracy of straightness error.Finally,the measurement results of the system are compared with the results of the three-coordinate measurement and the national standard GB/T11336,and the correctness of the above method is verified.Frequent testing and measuring axle,analysis of measuring results,data shows in the process of collecting data,through the experiment of the axle rotational speed and the Angle interval data and error precision,the relationship between the measurement method is more effective and feasible. |
