Hefei Metro Line 1 was officially launched at the end of 2016.The summer of2017 was its first cooling season.Whether the ventilation and air conditioning system can operate normally according to the designed conditions is of great significance.In this paper,the method of field measurement was used to test the ventilation and air conditioning system of Gaowang station.The main scope of the test was limited to the"large-scale system"of metro ventilation and air conditioning system,namely the ventilation and air conditioning system in the public area of subway station floor and platform floor.The test items include wind system,water system,the noise loudness and CO2 concentration.The emphasis was on measuring the amount of air leakage near the screen door during train pit stop,docked and departure on site.Based on the test data,the air conditioning cold load of Gaowang Station was checked and calculated,and operation status of the wind system and water system were analyzed.The problem that screen door condensation water in Gaowang Station was focused,the mathematical model of heat transfer and condensate generation was constructed in screen door system.And the causes of the condensation water were analyzed.Also,the temperature function of screen door tunnel sideTb1(Tt,Tn),condensation water generation function of screen doorG(Ttt,Tn)and the function of condensation volumeQm(Tt,Tn)were deduced and calculated.Meanwhile,based on the environmental parameters of Gaowang Station and the physical properties of platform screen door,the condensate generation was quantified.In addition,the characteristics of RWI and passenger gathering in the platform were also analyzed,and the strategy of operation were put forward to guide the initial operation of the subway station.According to the actual measurement and calculation,it is concluded that the air leakage of the screen door was an indispensable part of the subway load.The problem of condensation water in the screen door system in the initial stage of subway operation also needs to be paid attention,and to decrease screen door condensation,the solutions that raising the temperature of the chilled water,strengthening ventilation in the night and other several methods were proposed.All the work has a certain reference value for the subway station design,construction and operation in the future.
