Three phase induction motor has the advantages of simple structure,low cost and high reliability,and its market share accounts for more than 40%.Along with the continuous improvement of the motor energy efficiency standards both at home and abroad,the research on the design of super premium efficiency Induction motors with IE4 Important theoretical significance and engineering application value.Based on the research results of high efficiency induction motor design and multi-objective optimization,super premium efficiency Induction motors based on 22kW and 4-pole three-phase induction motor is developed.The research of motor design firstly integrates the advantages of single and double layer windings and unequal-turn windings to carry out the research of single and double layer unequal-turn low harmonic winding.The ANSOFT MAXWELL 2D is used to simulate the induction motors before and after the winding transformation,Through finite element modeling and finite element analysis(FEA),to prove that the new energy-saving windings have energy-saving effect.For the three phase induction motor with new energy-saving winding,multi-objective optimization design of induction motor with efficiency and power factor as the optimization objective is carried out again.In view of the traditional experience of using the single parameter scan of the motor design variables to determine the key optimization variables,needing rich experience in motor design and time-consuming and labor-intensive,the introduction of Taguchi algorithm,based on quantitative analysis to determine the design variables of induction motor multi-objective optimization design,set a reasonable evaluation function,and then based on VBscript differential evolution algorithm and ANSOFT software seamless integration,Achieve super high efficient induction motor design.In order to improve the efficiency of induction motor to IE4 level super premium level,the use of cast bronze rotor,but the cast copper rotor caused the rise of the starting current multiples and the decrease of the starting torque multiples,Therefore,taking the motor efficiency,starting torque multiples and starting current multiples as the optimization targets,the multi-objective optimization design of super high efficient induction motor was studied.In order to improve the efficiency of optimization,a global optimization based on IM response surface model is adopted.Considering that the response surface model is not efficient and lowers the fitting accuracy when modeling for higher-dimensional model,A multi-objective optimization design method of induction motor integrating response surface model and reasonable subspace division is proposed.The FEA validates the proposed design scheme of IE4-class super premium efficiency induction motor.
