With growing number of wind electric unit,fault diagnosis,monitoring and reliability operation of wind turbines need a large amount of manpower and material resources to ensure normal work.SCADA(Supervisory Control And Data Acquisition,SCADA)system is the real-time data collection and monitoring and control system.Based on safety and economy,constructing model of state assessment and fault diagnosis could improve the operating efficiency and operation.The aspect has a very important positive effect to control the costs.The reliability of the wind turbine is important in the entire cycle of the unit operation.So,the status and fault diagnosis of the wind turbine unit through SCADA system is an important guarantee for ensuring the safe operation of the wind turbine.Because wind speed is arbitrary,and it changes with external environment,such as temperature.Monitoring technology in thermal power is not suit for wind turbine.This research uses the SCADA system's operational data of the Xinyu wind farm.Multi-parameter state monitoring model method had been used to analysis the SCADA data.Then,dynamic characteristics model of machine can be established and the operation of the unit monitored.We also build model to estimate the machine's state and fluctuation characteristics of wind power.Wavelet analysis and adaptive Kurtosis method was been used to diagnosis pitch faults and master PLC faults.It could prevent and control the early hidden dangers and reduce the occurrence of failures.
