Research On The Application Of Expressway Deicing And Snow-melting Technology

In winter,snow will make the road surface wet and slippery,causing traffic jams or frequent traffic accidents.At present,the main methods of snow removal in our country include mechanical snow removal,dispersing snow-melting agent,self-melting snow pavement,etc.This thesis to winter in Anhui province highway maintenance engineering technology and management practices,winter temperature,snow and winter in Anhui province safety management section and deicing snow melting technology research,to melt snow removal technology decisions,applicable conditions of various deicing snow melting techniques,usage and dosage and the melting snow melt agent conduct the thorough research to the technology of asphalt pavement,etc,put forward suitable for practical deicing snow melting system application technology in Anhui province.The main conclusions of this paper are :(1)compare and analyze the technical characteristics of mechanical snow removal and snow-melt,and propose its applicable conditions;(2)choose chloride salts,polyol,low chloride and acetic acid salts snowmelt agent,the experimental analysis of different freezing point,melting of snow melt agent ability and the degree of impact on the environment,to propose principles of snowmelt agent selection and reasonable dosage scope;(3)it is proposed to evaluate the effect of snowmelt agent on the performance of asphalt pavement by using the moving mode loss index.(4)based on the similarity of ice and snow inhibitor and mine grading,the design of self-melting snow asphalt mixture ratio design can adopt the same amount of replacement method.(5)the test results of high temperature,low temperature and water stability of the mixture of self-melting snow asphalt meet the requirements of the specification,and the optimal mixing amount of self-melting snow asphalt mixtures is70%.(6)nitrate titration can be used to determine the effectiveness of melting snow.The research results are of great value in guiding the snow removal of freeways and improving the technical level of winter maintenance in Anhui expressway.
