Research On The Effect Of Rural Hydropower Efficiency Enhancement And Expansion In Jiangxi Province

Jiangxi Provinceis located on the South Bank of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River.The rainwater is abundant and the river and lake are densely distributed.There are five rivers,such as The Ganjiang River,Fu River,Xin River,,Rao River,Xiu River and so on,and 3771 rivers with a basin area of more than 10 square kilometers.Jiangxi Provinceis a large agricultural province and a large water conservancy province.It is also a province with abundant hydropower resources.The development and utilization of hydropower resources in the province is very early.At the end of 2016,there were more than 3950 rural hydropower stations built,and the total installed capacity of rural hydropower was 3 million 360 thousand kilowatts,accounting for 79% of the rural hydropower technology development.There are 3311 hydropower stations with a single station installed below 1000 kilowatts,accounting for 84% of the total number of rural hydropower stations,and 3208 of private power plants,accounting for 81%.It is of great significance to improve the ecological environment,promote the harmony of human water,eliminate the hidden dangers of power stations and ensure public safety.It is of great significance to the rational utilization of water energy and energy,the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction,the expansion of the rural collective economy and the increase of farmers’ income.Therefore,the main problems of this paper are the main points of the implementation of the rural hydropower expansion and capacity expansion and reconstruction,mainly from the overall situation of the transformation of the province,the overall plan of the reform of the county and the county,and the evaluation of the individual power station after the transformation.
