In recent years,the domestic automobile industry develops rapidly and the future market demand is huge.As one of the key assembly of modern automobile,the gearbox is the largest transmission market in the world,and the annual sales volume of passenger cars in China has exceeded 21 million.However,under such a huge market demand,the assembly of the independent transmission of the vehicle matching rate is only 5%,independent automatic transmission with the share is much lower than demand in the global market share.The domestic gearbox industry has a weak capacity for independent innovation,low technical level,unreasonable industrial structure and imperfect policies.With the development of new energy and unmanned technology,has brought new opportunities to the development of China's gearbox industry and adjustment,facing the current situation,how to solve the domestic transmission industry accumulated many contradictions,to transformation and upgrading of the benign development of the automatic transmission industry is the practical problems facing the Chinese gearbox industry.This article represented by G company,through the SWOT analysis method,the system analyzes the domestic transmission represented by G company the situation facing the transformation and upgrading of enterprises,deeply analyzes the transmission industry development trend,put forward the transformation and upgrading of the three strategies,namely the integration strategy,m&a strategy and strategy of product and technology upgrading.In the implementation of specific strategies,one should speed up the integration of production,procurement and sales,strengthen process control and maximize the benefits.Second,we need to accelerate the pace of cross-border reorganization of enterprises.In terms of business thinking,we need to plan ahead of time.We can consider entering into the car-sharing industry as soon as possible,merging or joining together,and preempting the market in advance.The third is to formulate the product and technology strategy,and its strategic core should revolve around the development trend of the current "four modernizations" of the gearbox,namely miniaturization,low noise,no level,and electronic control.In addition,the success of enterprise transformation can not be separated from the government and enterprises themselves.The government should provide more tax incentives,accelerate the construction of enterprise innovation mechanism,guide and promote the integration of domestic gearbox enterprises;The enterprise itself should accelerate the new mode of "new technology + Internet + intelligent + new business" and the new concept of transformation.
