With the rapid development of national economy,the speed of population migration becomes faster and the collection and distribution of modern logistics become frequent,which have a much higher requirement for transport efficiency,operation quality,comfortableness and security in rail transportation industry of China.Because of the comfort,stability and safe operation of high speed train,it has become an important index for testing high-speed train operation.It can be predicted that high-speed railway will maintain its unique advantages in long-distance transportation for a long time.The high speed railway has become a representative card of our country for the world.It represents the progress and modernization of science and technology,and it is also an important symbol of the economic development of our country.The construction of modern high speed railways and the design of high-speed EMU are constantly breaking through with the development of new technologies such as electronics,materials and equipment.It has the characteristics of adapting to all-weather,large volume,energy saving,environmental protection,fast speed,high safety coefficient,punctual arrival rate,comfort,high efficiency and good economic efficiency and it has a more intelligent directional development.As the speed continues to accelerate,it is imperative for us to follow up and develop a high-speed train brake system that can adapt to high speed,high braking force,good stability and good comfort.This thesis mainly focuses on the braking system and comfort evaluation of high speed train.First,this thesis described the development of high speed railway in Europe,America and Japan and also the braking mode used by high-speed train in these countries are described in detail.The current study also compared the general situation of the development of high speed railway and the braking mode of the high-speed train of China.Then,the braking system is introduced from the aspects of high-speed train braking concept,system composition,principle,type,mode and train operation control system.Due to the different running state of high speed train under different conditions,the current study firstly carried out the force analysis of the high speed train and then the multi-mass-point chain model is explained in detail and also the calculation is solved.In view of the traditional PID controller parameter tuning mode cannot meet the current high-speed train braking system controller parameters tuning,this thesis put forward a design method of PID composite brake controller based on radial basis function fuzzy neural network.Through the simulation,it is showed that the combination control method has the characteristics of fast nonlinear approximation,self-learning,fault tolerance and good robustness,which are obviously superior to the traditional PID controller parameter setting method.Finally,through the analysis of a variety of factors affecting the comfort of high speed train,the thesis mainly focuses on the influenceof the train vibration level in horizontal direction on passengers' comfort and constructed the comfort level evaluation system,and the method of how to improve comfort degree is also put forward in the current study.
