With the advantages of low structure height,light weight,short construction period,large bearing capacity and wide application range,the orthotropic steel bridge deck is widely used in many types of bridge construction.Its wide application is the embodiment of the level of the design and manufacturing of a country’s advanced steel bridges.But with the increase of service life of orthotropic steel deck bridge,the problem of its disease has also been exposed,the most important and most common problem is fatigue cracking.From the past study of fatigue analysis method for orthotropic steel deck,it can be seen that the fatigue problem of orthotropic steel deck is mainly solved by solving stress on structure.Fatigue is ultimately a mechanical problem.So,this paper uses the ANSYS finite element software to study the influence of structural size parameters and cross section forms on the stress state of orthotropic steel bridge panels on the basis of a large number of existing research results,and On the basis of conclusions,gives reasonable values and suggestions for optimization,Finally provides reference for anti fatigue and optimization design of orthotropic steel deck.This article mainly completed the following aspects:(1)The structure,development and application of orthotropic steel bridge deck are briefly introduced,and the problems of disease and the present situation at home and abroad are briefly summarized.(2)The basic analysis theory of orthotropic steel bridge panel is expounded,the substance of fatigue is still a mechanical problem,the traditional and today widely applied stress calculation method of orthotropic steel bridge deck is introduced.(3)A finite element model is established to study the stress distribution on the orthotropic steel bridge deck under the wheel load,based on the bridge deck system of the Xi’an road bridge in Linyi city as an example.It is concluded that the stress distribution on the orthotropic steel bridge deck has obvious local effect under the wheel load,so it is feasible to study the mechanical properties of the orthotropic steel bridge panel by cutting a section of the bridge deck system from the real bridge.(4)According to the relevant specifications and engineering examples,the thickness of the diaphragm,the spacing of the diaphragm,the thickness of the top plate,the thickness of the U longitudinal rib web and the height of the U longitudinal rib section are selected.The finite element model is established by the principle of single parameter sensitivity analysis,and the influence of the changes of the main structural design parameters on the stress state of the orthotropic steel bridge panel is calculated and analyzed.On the basis of the conclusion,a reasonable size range is suggested.The results show that reasonably increasing the thickness of diaphragm,bridge deck and U rib web plate is helpful to improve the stress level of orthotropic steel deck,but The design of too high and too low U rib height and the increase of diaphragm spacing are unfavorable to the performance of orthotropic steel deck.(5)By adding the U rib small baffle and changing the shape of the curved opening of the diaphragm to study the influence of the change of the cross section structure on the orthotropic steel bridge panel,a better opening form is determined in the opening type of several selected diaphragms.After that,the parameters of the open hole radius and the height of the excavation are studied.The influence of cross stress on the stress state of the steel bridge deck is put forward,and finally,some substantive suggestions for optimal design of the hole type are put forward.
