The hydraulic turbine is a kind of multistage turbine type fluid motive force which uses the kinetic energy of the liquid and the work of the pressure,and is especially suitable for the recovery and utilization of the high pressure energy of the industrial fluid(liquid),using the high pressure of the liquid to produce the rotating power,driving the generator to generate electricity,or driving the pump,the fan and so on,so as to achieve the effect of energy saving and emission reduction.The guide vane of the hydraulic turbine,which includes the first guide vane and the interstage guide blade,is an important flow component of the hydraulic turbine.The performance of the guide blade has a great influence on the overall performance of the hydraulic turbine,and the type of the guide vane and the geometric parameters of the channel determine the hydraulic performance of the guide vane.In this paper,comp-two stages hydraulic turbine with a circular section volute,a circular outlet chamber and a radial guide blade is used as the first stage hydraulic turbine.Three types of interstage guide vane scheme,namely the same diameter positive and negative guide blade,the different diameter positive and negative guide vane and the channel guide blade,are proposed,and three types of hydraulic turbine are constructed.The hydraulic design theory of the hydraulic turbine is used to design three types of guide vane and the whole hydraulic turbine runner design.The PROE software is used to construct the solid and water model of the overflow parts of the turbine,and the numerical simulation of the hydraulic turbine is carried out by using the CFD software.On the basis of digital simulation,the flow characteristics and external characteristics of three kinds of guide vane are analyzed.The flow state,hydraulic loss of guide vane and velocity distribution of guide vane exit are obtained,and the influence of various guide vane on the hydraulic turbine head to flow characteristics and efficiency is further analyzed.It provides a basis for the selection of the guide vane type and the design of the guide vane for the multistage hydraulic turbine.
