The development of electric vehicles is a major measure in China's energy strategy,energy saving and emission reduction,and air pollution control.It's also the only way for China to move from a big automotive country to a powerful automotive country.The development of electric vehicles and their related industries has been highly valued and strongly supported by the Chinese government.It has entered a steady growth period from the introduction period.However,large-scale electric vehicle charging has brought enormous pressure and challenges to the power grid.New load characteristics,new equipment characteristics and new electricity demand have brought many new problems to the planning,construction and operation management of power grid.Understanding the cluster characteristics of electric vehicles and researching the energy management method of electric vehicle charging,can try to avoid and reduce the negative impact on the safe and stable operation of power grid,and make full use of the characteristics and advantages of flexible load to provide auxiliary services for the power grid.The electric vehicle provided by a single electric vehicle is very limited,so the electric vehicle needs to be assembled to form an electric vehicle group to influence the power grid.But the increase in the number of electric vehicles will also increase the difficulty of management.Then,this paper will take the electric vehicle charging group integrated system as study object,research how to manage the decentralized and random electric vehicle charging behavior in a cluster mode.On the one hand,the "granularity" of management and the dimensionality of optimization can be reduced.On the other hand,the randomness and uncertainty of the charging behavior between multiple clusters can be counteracted and eventually the overall load characteristic is good.The main tasks are described as following:Firstly,proposes three hierarchical architecture model of electric vehicle energy management,describes the function of each level and operation principle of the model.Secondly,the two level energy management mechanism of district/station is explained in detail.The coordination relationship between Area-EMS and ?-EMS is concretely explained.And the calculation method of input parameters and charging demand boundary curve in management process is introduced.Thirdly,this paper studies the strategy of guiding electricity price based on the information of the basic load of each node of the power grid,the wind power generation and the solar power generation,the charging load of the electric vehicle and so on.It also studies the coordination layer(Area-EMS)management strategies on the energy distribution between the charging stations and the response layer(?-EMS)how to calculate the charge control matrix for each charging pile.Finally,taking office area,business district and residential area charging station as an example,simulation analysis is carried out to verify the effectiveness and practicability of the three hierarchical architecture model and the two level real-time energy management mechanism and strategies.
