Solar energy is one of the ideal ideal alternative energy source for future energy demand.The abundant solar energy resources in China provide a good foundation of resources for the development of solar thermal power generation.In view of the long-term dominance of coal-fired power generation in China’s power structure,the coupling of solar energy and coal-fired power plants will make complementary advantages of coal and solar thermal power,reduce the cost of solar thermal power generation and coal consumption,it has great potential for development.The use of solar aided coal-fired power generation(SAPG)is a new way of deep technical energy saving for coal-fired power plants.In this paper,the power boosting mode of solar aided 330MW coal-fired power generation system as the research object,the integrated solar thermal field completely or partially replace the original unit three high pressure heater to heat water,the dynamic characteristics in typical days,typical annual performance and economy of the SAPG system are analyzed,in order to provide theoretical guidance in the location decision and operation etc.The main research results are summarized as follows:(1)According to the thermodynamic cycle of SAPG system,the SAPG system model is built based on TRNS YS software.(2)The dynamic characteristics of SAPG system are analyzed under typical weather conditions,and the changing trend of the oil temperature of the collector field,the water outlet temperature of the oil-water heat exchanger,the reheat steam temperature and the flow rate of the main unit are studied.Meanwhile,the changing trend of standard coal consumption rate,collector field collector efficiency and solar thermoelectric efficiency of SAPG system under typical meteorological conditions are studied.(3)Using the static and dynamic payback period,internal rate of return(IRR),net present value(NPV)and solar energy levelized cost of electricity(LCOE)as the evaluation index,the economic analysis of SAPG system is carried out in design life,and the sensitivity analysis is carried out on the influencing factors of site selection,design point DNI and unit heat area cost of heat collection system and other factors,their influence on the economic of SAPG system are analyzed,providing guidance on the future investment.
