The deepening reform of the energy sector has had a profound impact on the power system,especially has an important influence in the low-voltage distribution system.As a wide range of distributed energy,energy storage equipments and flexible load access to the distribution system,the traditional distribution network is gradually developed into the active distribution network,which will put forward new requirements and challenges to the operation mode of distribution network.At present,.the active distribution network(ADN)includes distributed generations(DGs)based on photovoltaic and wind power,distributed energy storage devices,and various controllable load.Active distribution network needs to take active response,management and control of controllable power supply and controllable load in the area.In the distribution network scheduling control,the traditional centralized control mode have many problems,for example,the computation and communication capacity is large or can not adapt to the flexible topology changes,and the decentralized control mode is difficult to achieve the overall optimization.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes a scheduling method of active distribution network based on distributed consensus theory.Through increasing the weight coefficient of the system in the consistency iterative calculation,this paper improves the weight coefficient of the active node with adjustable capacity and abundant nodes,enhance the convergence speed and consistency algorithm,stabilize the iterative calculation consistency of variable fluctuation.This method takes the consumption of incremental rule as the combining point of consensus theory and the optimization scheduling of active distribution network.And the incremental cost of each node is used as the consistency variable.Based on the exchange of the information between the autonomous nodes and the neighboring distributed power nodes.In this paper,the consistency algorithm is used to calculate the iterative algorithm,then the incremental cost of each distributed power supply can achieve uniform convergence,so as to optimize the cost of power generation in autonomous region.At the same time,this paper improves the traditional consensus algorithm,through the consistency of the iterative calculation of the system node to increase the weight coefficient.This paper establishes a simulation model in normal operation and abnormal operation condition of the active distribution network autonomous region,based on the IEEE33 nodes standard distribution network structure.And the proposed method is simulation analysis in three cases:Contrast between normal operation and abnormal operation;Influence of node weight change on simulation speed;Adaptive capacity of the algorithm when the network changes in topology structure.To verify the validity of the the proposed method.
