The active distribution network(ADN)consisting of large-scale distributed power supply and micro power grid group is highly valued in recent years in the world because of the advantages that active operation,management and control.On the other hand,operating characteristics of distributed power supply,energy storage unit,interruptible load and the power purchasing of large power grid are difference,and the parties are pursuing profit maximization to suit their own interests in power trades.These factors will bring new influence for power market transaction.Based on this background,the active distribution network requires reasonable interaction with various distributed power,energy storage units and different types of loads to ensure efficient operation of the power market.Therefore,it is an effective means to balance the competitive relationship among the stakeholders and establish the ADN operating mechanism to meet the demand of the power market.Firstly,this paper analyzes the game relationships among the stakeholders in the context of the application of demand response in the ADN power market.Treat the strategic behavior between user and power supply company as a non-cooperative game process,establish the supply function competitive bidding model aiming for profit maximization of power supply company and the utility function aiming for user utility maximization,and prove the existence and uniqueness of the Nash equilibrium.Secondly,the distributed power and energy storage units in the active distribution network can be managed by new energy investment company or energy saving service institution with the sale of electric side.Different from the traditional,the owners of distributed power and energy storage unit take the benefit maximization as their objectives by the formation of the independent benefit entity.Based on the new dynamic that a variety of stakeholders into the active power distribution network,this paper puts forward the concept of virtual piconets agents,establishes the two-stage game model including the active power distribution management system(ADMS),virtual network agents and power users,formulates the ADN operating mechanism with the different benefit parties,realizes the active deployment of generating units outputs of multi-type virtual piconets through competitive bidding,enables users to obtain multiple pricing and time periods of different options on demand side so as to improve the efficiency and reduce the cost of electricity consumption.The simulation verifies the effectiveness of the two-stage game model in ADN operation mechanism.
