In recent years,China's power grid construction is moving steadily towards a unified and strong smart grid and the global energy Internet.The transmission power of ultra-high voltage power transmission channel is huge,and after partial line fault resection,it can cause large-scale tidal current transfer.Due to the limitation of network transmission capacity,it can lead to the occurrence of overloading of the main network line.If the phenomenon of overload can not be eliminated timely and effectively,overload protection will remove the overload line and cause the further expansion of the fault,seriously,can appear even cascading tripping,causing inestimable damage to the social economy.Based on the comprehensive analysis of circuit overload,power supply load of importance,cost of cutting load,this paper proposes a scheme of cross-voltage hierarchical optimal cutting load considering network transmission,research content is as follows:This paper designs a cross-voltage hierarchical optimal load cutting scheme considering network transmission limitation.Wide area measurement system for the development of comprehensive utilization of wide-area information system to generate cutting load and optimization scheme provides strong technical support,based on the analysis of the present stage the wide-area measurement system,on the basis of the development and structure of the use of it to real-time access to optimizing the advantage of information building across voltage grade cutting load system.Across to the core idea of cutting load and optimization scheme for the voltage level,using the method of comprehensive judgment of decision-making,considering the various influence factors on line cutting load,according to the voltage grade of successive downstream line selection calculation,network optimization in the downstream of the low voltage grade line resection,fast and efficient for solving the problem of overload of upstream line,to ensure the power supply reliability of the power grid and the integrity of the space truss structure.Based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process,this paper proposes a cross-voltage hierarchical cutting load strategy.The analytic hierarchy process takes into account the important factors of quantitative determination and qualitative judgment,which can give decision makers more objective decision-making path.This article elaborated the basic principle of the algorithm and the basic steps of using the analytic hierarchy process to carry out the decisions and in comprehensive evaluation using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process circuit overload,power supply load of importance,based on various factors such as cost cutting load,puts forward the optimization of cutting load strategy based on fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.This paper presents the method of engineering realization of the cross-voltage level optimization.Through numerical example fully expounds the cross cutting load and optimization scheme of voltage level engineering implementation method,numerical examples show that the presented optimization cutting load method can both load importance aspects of several factors,at the same time of fast and efficient to eliminate overload phenomenon can minimize the load loss,has strong engineering practical value.
