| With the rapid development of social economy and the improvement of people’s living standard.the requirement of transportation capacity is also higher,the tunnels across the sea also arise at the same time,but the fire control system design has no special design specifications,standards,regulations and other relevant technical requirements.Some typical fire accidents which happened at home and abroad in recent years make people gradually realize the importance of fire emergency rescue.Numerical simulation and theoretical study were combined to research the undersea tunnel fire emergency rescue’s key technologies,changing the fire power,rates of mechanical smoke extraction,the sizes of smoke vent to analysis the fire characteristics of Qingdao Jiaozhou bay undersea tunnel.The research of smoke extraction technology provides a direction for the further study of fire extinguishing cooling and aeration technique.The special research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the tunnel fire characteristics,combing with the fire process,the undersea tunnel fire emergency rescue’s three key technologies were concluded.(2)Using the PYROSIM numerical simulation software to,choosing the Qingdao jiaozhou bay tunnel as research object,analysis it’s fire characteristics(the smoke layer’s morphological characteristics,temperature,thickness,the Fr number,the ventilation system output,the ventilation system efficiency.etc).The results are as follows:the best of smoke vent is 6.0m × 6.0m,the best smoke extraction rate is 160m3/s,and then the ventilation system output is 18.49%,the ventilation system efficiency is 58.95%.(3)Combing the principle of fire extinguishing cooling and contrasting the common fire extinguishing cooling methods to improve the undersea tunnel’s fire water supply system and use the river water,ocean water to the fire water supply system.It makes the fire extinguishing system’s water supply amount reach the water amount which the fire extinguishing effect requires and greatly improves the efficiency of fire-fighting,it wins the time for evacuation and rescue.(4)Using the fire extinguishing emergency rescue vehicle which takes a certain amount of oxygen bomb to increase oxygen contents for the personnel gather and evacuation direction to ensure the normal oxygen supply amount in the evacuation process.The simulated Qingdao jiaozhou bay tunnel’s aerobic area requires 14 medical oxygen bombs which the volume is 1m3 and the pressure is 19.8MPa. |
