As a new type of snow remover,centrifugal snow-clear machine has many advantages such as the thick thickness of snow removal,the long distance of throwing snow,and high efficiency so that it is widely used.For the research of the centrifugal snow-clear machine is still in the start stage,domestic snow sweeper has disadvantages such as loose snow-outlet shape,high power consumption and low cleaning efficiency when working.In the running process of the centrifugal snow-clear machine,the snow throwing head serves to accelerate the speed of throwing snow,so the research and improvement of the centrifugal snow-clear machine hear has a very important significance to solve above problems.This topic makes gas-solid two phase flow numerical simulation analysis and optimization of snow-outlet piping mainly aimed at the ruleless and loose shape of the removal snow that out of the existing centrifugal snow-clear machine by ANSYS CFX and CFD.This article describes the development status of centrifugal snow-clear machine both at home and abroad and commonly used computational fluid dynamics software,according to China's national conditions and similar foreign models,analyze the structure and size of the throwing snow drum,then modeling for it,the simplified geometric model of snow outlet piping internal flow field is set up by Pro/E based on CAD drawings,hexahedron all structured grid of model is generated by ANSYS ICEM CFD,and analyzing the characteristics of the snow outlet piping's flow field,then determining the relevant model and boundary conditions during the calculation,gas-solid two phase flow numerical simulation analysis of snow outlet piping internal flow field is provided by ANSYS CFX,getting velocity vector,velocity profile and pressure distributions of different structures internal flow field,comparing and analyzing distributions,in order to ensure the shape of snow,reduce the power consumption of centrifugal fans and improve the efficiency of snow removal.Finally determine the final optimization schemes,and consider the actual work situation when we design the snow outlet piping.
