With the urbanization process is accelerated in our country,it brings a series of problems inevitably in the process of the sustainable development of city,Among them that urban environmental sanitation is a realistic problem remaining to be solved.Nowadays,with the labor costs continuous increasing,the use of manpower for maintaining and cleaning the urban environment is not only low efficiency,but also increasing government's expenditure,it is imperative to develop sanitation machinery.Therefore,put forward a scheme of small multi-function electric sanitation vehicle which is applicable to shopping malls,office buildings,someplace public field.This paper focuses on the control system of electric vehicle to launch the research,and designed a characteristics of experimental vehicle of electric sanitation vehicle with small size,low noise,complete functions,strong maneuverability and low cost.This paper firstly introduces the current development of sanitation machinery and equipment at home and abroad,according to the objectives that put forward solutions of wheel drive.After analyzing different types of characteristics of motor,choose brushless DC motor as drive motor of sanitation vehicle.Then introduce the electronic differential control of the vehicle and PID control scheme of motor in detail.The electrical control system of the small wheel electric sanitation vehicle designed in this paper includes vehicle control unit and motor control unit two part.The vehicle control unit comprises a system master controller,a battery management module and a signal acquisition module of vehicle,as well as cleaning and spray control module.The main controller of the system combines the collected vehicle information with the electronic differential speed algorithm to output control signal of the motor.The motor control unit process the chip of the input position detection signal of the motor rotor and the system control command,output three phase PWM control signal to the power driving chip.The power driving chip mainly amplifies the PWM signal which comes from the driving chip to control the operation of the wheel brushless DC motor.Finally,design and process an experimental prototype,and do some correlative experiments in the laboratory on the design of sanitation electrical vehicle control system firstly.The experimental results show that electrical control system can complete the designed function,sanitation vehicle running stable,it can reach the expected design goal of the vehicle electrical control system.
