It has been an inevitable choice to develop distributed photovoltaic and other energy power generation,while the demand of global energy-saving emission reduction and the sustainable development of energy continue to improve.With the characteristics of large units,high power,large power grid,the traditional centralized power generation has not been suited to the current trend of energy development.Distributed photovoltaic,which is against the traditional centralized power generation,has the characteristics of low power,near conversion,various forms,continuous power in the event of an accident or disaster,which make up for the centralized power generation in energy management.Meanwhile,with the continuous improvement of electricity price reform,more and more distributed photovoltaic and other new energy and micro-source users can enter the market to become the main transaction,which also increase the power Market competitiveness.Thus,the future of distributed photovoltaic will be widely used in the grid,especially in the distribution network.The utilization rate of energy has been improved and the environmental pollution has been reduced by the access of distributed photovoltaic.However,distributed photovoltaic grid changes the distribution network from a single power supply into a multi-power supply,which would change distribution network structure and control methods accordingly.The change of unidirectional power flow of the distribution line may cause the reverse power flow,which would make the power control problem more difficult.On the other hand,with the distributed access grid distribution of distributed photovoltaic,its own volatility and intermittent will also affect the distribution of the distribution PCC voltage.Two aspects has been studied in this paper.Firstly,the output power prediction of distributed photovoltaic is studied.The information fusion theory is applied to the prediction of photovoltaic power,and a method of photovoltaic power prediction based on information fusion theory is proposed.Secondly,the power optimization control of the distributed PV access is stuided.The optimal power flow combined with the sensitivity matrix dual power optimization control is proposed to prevent the phenomenon of low voltage feeder voltage overrun.The MATLAB simulation software is used to analyze the examples.The results show that the PV power prediction method can help to optimize the operation of the distribution network.The proposed new power optimization control scheme not only has the ability to prevent the distribution network voltage limit,but also make full use of the photovoltaic power generation system’s own function,which is conducive to large-scale photovoltaic system access network energy consumption and regulation.
