With the improvement of industrial technology in China,the power ultrasonic processing technology has been widely used in modern industries.Power ultrasonic vibration equipment(ultrasonic vibrator)is an important part of ultrasonic machining equipment.How to evaluate its overall performance is of great significance to improve the efficiency of power ultrasonic machining.At present,the performance evaluation of the power ultrasonic vibration equipment is not a reasonable evaluation standard,and for different ultrasonic vibrators,they always rely on the sense of hand or by experience.This paper starts with the technology of sound field measurement,researching on performance evaluation of power ultrasonic vibration equipment and the performance of the ultrasonic vibration equipment is evaluated by the sound field measurement system.Two important performance evaluation indexes for the intensity of sound field and the uniformity of sound field are put forward for the power ultrasonic vibration equipment.The purpose of this study is to evaluate the radiation intensity and uniformity of ultrasonic vibration equipment,and to provide the basis for the performance division and scientific use of different ultrasonic vibrators.The ultrasonic sound field measurement system is mainly composed of the sound intensity measuring instrument and the ultrasonic measuring sensor.The system uses a customized ultrasonic sensor to collect ultrasonic field signals.First,the received signal waveform is adjusted and filtered through analog circuit.Then,the high-speed A/D module of STM32F407 is used to perform analog-to-digital conversion.The information of sound intensity and frequency is calculated by digital filtering algorithm and measurement algorithm.In the design of human-computer interaction,the system uses liquid crystal display screen and film key to meet the good interaction in the complex industrial site.In data storage and communication,it supports the function of large capacity data storage and serial communication.According to the performance evaluation of power ultrasonic vibration equipment,this paper creatively puts forward the evaluation index for the performance of ultrasonic vibration equipment performance and uniformity of sound intensity,the sound field measurement system to data analysis and verification of intensity uniformity on thesurrounding acoustic field of ultrasonic vibrator.After a lot of data verification,the designed acoustic field measurement system runs stably,and achieves the acquisition and measurement of sound field information.The performance evaluation index can qualitatively and quantitatively evaluate the performance of different ultrasonic oscillators.It meets the expected requirements for the performance evaluation of the power ultrasonic vibration equipment,and plays a guiding role in studying the distribution law of the ultrasonic field in the ultrasonic vibration equipment,and is of great significance for improving the effect of power ultrasonic machining.
