This paper in SMA semi-active isolation bearings based,for temperature sense controller in semi active control generated in the process of time lag effect,research and analysis-a semi-active control of time lag effect of intelligent isolation structure are considered.First of all,the paper introduced in recent years on the isolated development and research status,structure active control,passive control and structure of semi active control technology,analyzes the stack layer rubber bearing and SMA strands stack layer rubber bearings under seismic dynamic response equation,analysis and Research on the semi-active SMA smart isolation bearings in the wire layout and reasonable stress.The reasons for the delay are discussed,and the phase shift method and the state compensation method are put forward to solve the time lag caused by the semi active control of the structure.And the operation of the function equation is carried out in two ways,and the displacement response peak of the floor is obtained,and the control effect of the peak value of each floor is compared.Established based on laminated rubber bearing,SMA strands stack of rubber bearings and SMA smart isolation bearing structure of semi active control in the equations of motion for the single degree of freedom isolation system,and the application of the solve time lag effect of SMA smart bearings,with laminated rubber bearings and SMA laminated layer rubber supporting seat support condition under,modal analysis and the time history response of a seven story frame structure is analyzed,to compare the displacement and acceleration,verify the semi active control of structure is proposed in this paper to solve the problem of time lag of SMA smart isolation bearings of the energy dissipation effect.Results show:(1)The semi-active control of the SMA smart isolation bearings,compared with laminated rubber bearings and SMA strands laminated rubber bearings have a higher structural safety.In combination with the temperature controller,even in the condition of strong earthquake,the relative displacement of the isolation layer exceeds the set value,the switch is closed,and the SMA is transformed into austenite,stiffness and damping.When the switch is not over,the switch is disconnected and the SMA is restored to martensite.The whole process from the point of the semi active control of the SMA intelligent isolation bearing adaptive capacity.(2)The phase shift method and the state pre compensation method are effective to solve the problem that the temperature sensing controller has a good control on the time lag of the structure control.(3)Is applied to solve the delay effect of semi-active SMA smart bearings,isolation effect is obviously superior to the laminated rubber bearings and SMA strand laminated rubber bearing,semi active control,and the solution of the semi active control of time lag effect.
