Study On Electro-Hydraulic Control System Characteristics Of Loader Working Device

Loader is one of the most widely used equipment in construction machinery.It has a very wide application in coal industry,engineering construction industry,logistics industry and many solid manufacturing industries.With the continuous development of mechanical engineering technology,Perfect,the performance of the load also has a higher demand.Especially the loader's working device,which is responsible for the main production output of the loader,the hydraulic control system performance is good or bad,the response speed,a direct impact on the quality of the machine and work efficiency,so the loader working device control The dynamic characteristics of the system are of great significance.The working device of the loader includes the mechanical system,the electronic control system and the hydraulic control system.Taking the working device of the ZL50 loader as the research object,the mechanical system and the hydraulic control system are analyzed by using the technology of multi-domain modeling and simulation.Pro/E,ADAMS and EASY5 software,the rigid model of the rigid and flexible coupling model and the machine fluid joint simulation model are constructed.The weak link in the mechanical system is obtained by simulation and the dynamic response curve in the hydraulic system is obtained.Hydraulic control system.Finally,the mathematical model of the hydraulic control system of the working device is set up.The simulation model is set up in Simulink,and the parameters of the PID controller are adjusted by using the PSO algorithm to improve the dynamic response characteristics of the hydraulic control system.The research methods and analysis results of this paper provide a reference for the design,development and optimization of the loader working device,and have some guiding effect on the engineering practice.
