| Double drive heavy truck is the general term of heavy trucks and large engineering vehicles which two bridges have power input,vehicles adopt this design have strong power and good commonality.This type of vehicles general work in rugged construction site and load capacity is very big,have a strict requirement about the quality of the chassis.Because the quality of chassis often determines the reliability of vehicles and the performance of work.So load simulation test of the chassis is the important link in process of heavy truck’ s design and production.There are many kinds of equipments of load simulation test,but very few could satisfy the requirement of load test completely.In recent years,our country begin to use secondary regulation technology in the load test equipment.Secondary regulation technology has advantages of energy saving,high efficiency and convenient adjustment,but the technology itself has a lot problems,such as coupling,nonlinear and time-varying problems.In this paper,secondary regulation load simulation system used for heavy truck dual drive chassis loading test as the research object,aiming at problems of the secondary regulation technology to study.This paper based on the structure of heavy truck double drive chassis and the principle of secondary regulation load simulation system,set up five axis load simulation system consisting of five sets of secondary element,then analyzed the principle of five axis load simulation system,builded it’s block diagram model.The block diagram model is used in the simulation software MATLAB/simulink to build the simulation model,the response of loading system to step signal,ramp signal and sine signal was obtained through the simulation analysis.Then the simulation analysis of the important parameters of the system,coupling and nonlinear are carried out,obtained the rules of affected system,provided reliable basis of design heavy truck double drive chassis load simulation system.In order to improve the robustness and control performance of loading system,and eliminate or weaken the effects of problems exist in loading system,this paper introduces three control methods are fuzzy PID control,sliding mode variable structure control and dynamic robust compensation.Respectively designs controller in load system of rotation speed and torque control subsystem,and the effectiveness of controller is simulated.The simulation results show that:the control effect of three control methods is good,can largely weaken the effects of parameters change,coupling and nonlinear problems,the system control performance is greatly improved. |
