This article summarized the construction technology of large-span prestressed concrete beams by taking the ZTE Shenyang commercial building as an example which used post-tensioning prestressed concrete beam in the structure system.First,using the commonly and buckle type steel pipe scaffold support system,the shape of the high template support system has been optimized.Using the reasonable structure measure to make the exhaustive design check the calculation.Taking the three aspects like time,security and cost as considerations,the concrete beams actual shape as well as the construction enterprise own technical force should be unified.Using the versatility strongly when designing the shape of big template support system,the relatively low economic cost buckle.Second,this paper has solved some common difficult problems between the installment beam steel bar skeleton by conducting the installment of the prestressed concrete beam?s steel bar skeleton.The protector of breast working reinforcement,the temporary support of steel bar skeleton attachment and other specific measures have been proposed.This article has studied two aspects of the construction techniques with large-span prestressed concrete beams.It has certain promotion application value to the similar project construction because of its good comprehensive economy progress and the strong instruction by the example applicated.
