In recent years,With the development of technology,the electrified railway is faster and faster,so its technical requirements must also be a corresponding improvement.Arc pantograph is an important criteria for evaluating the reliability and the safety of high-speed trains.Due to the randomness of the pantograph arc,research on pantograph arc mechanism by line test is more difficult,therefore,conducting pantograph arcing simulation and testing on the bench,has a very important significance.In order to study the formation mechanism of pantograph offline arc,we transformd ordinary laboratory and established anechoic chamber to accurately measure high-frequency electromagnetic noise produced by pantograph arc,and made some improvements on the basis of original homemade pantograph system electrical contact simulation platform,it has simulated pantograph system offline function.After careful research,we designd pantograph offline experimental research under different sets of operating conditions,and draw a large number of experimental data.Using HHT algorithm,the experimental data were time-frequency analysis,and ultimately come to the pantograph arc spectruma under different working conditions.Analysis of the peak change curve of the electromagnetic noise interference.Based on the principle of conservation of energy to establish a pantograph arc model,researched the pantograph arc suppression method.The experimental results shows that:At frequencies below 500 MHz,the arc current contains rich Interharmonics component and the harmonic is mainly within 100MHz;With the traction current increases,the magnitude of the arc current strong harmonic component first increases and then decreases,and there is a turning point in the vicinity of I=200A;Pantograph electromagnetic radiation noise component is mainly within 30 to 500 MHz,the strongly interference band is focused within 30 to 70MHz;As the current increasing,the overall of the magnitude of the pantograph electromagnetic radiation noise exhibits increasing trend,the bandwidth of the interference frequency is increasingly concentrated.In the high side of vehicle traction transformer shunt a certain size capacitance,it can effectively suppress arcing pantograph.Peak arcing increases as the size of the capacitance value increases.
