Design And Research Of Road Edge Stone Cleaning Machine Based On TRIZ Theory | | Posted on:2019-01-08 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | | Country:China | Candidate:H S Yang | Full Text:PDF | | GTID:2382330548978096 | Subject:Industrial design engineering | | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | | The road of health directly affects the development of city civilization,the cleaning of the road in the city is paid more and more attention in China.In recent years,road cleaning equipment have a development,design about it is gradually mature.The roadside stone is a part of the road,but few people pay attention to it.Its surface is uneven to be easy for remaining other bad things such as sputum stains,mud stains.For long-term deposition,it not only affects the image of the city,and the harmful substances remaining in it will be scattered with air circulation for affecting people’s health.The cleaning of roadside stone is seemingly trivial,but it will indirectly affect the various aspects of the city.So the development of an easy using washing machine for roadside stone have a great significance to improve the image of the city and to strengthen the public health.As a specific target,the designs for roadside stone cleaning are not mature,this paper adopts TRIZ innovation theory as the main research methods.Compared to other innovative methods,TRIZ theory has advantages of many innovative methods.It provides a comprehensive and efficient way of thinking to solve various problems.By TRIZ theory to realize the purpose to clean the road-side stone effectively and research on the design of the cleaning mechanism through the practice and experimentation.On this basis,we will develop a roadside stone cleaning mechanism for easy to use.The specific researching works are as follows:(1)The system analysis and design based on the TRIZ theory on the edge of stone cleaning machine.By theoretical derivation of TRIZ theory,we get the suitable TRIZ innovation theory for the design as follows:NO.1 segmentation,NO.5 combination,NO.7 nested;NO.15 dynamic characteristics;NO.17 one-dimensional and multi-dimensional;N0.24 intermediary.The standard solutions of the TRIZ are NO.37.the establishment of dual system and multi system and NO.67 changing state.(2)According to the guidance given by the TRIZ theory,this paper built three different results.Due to evaluation of the three plans,the best result is the plan with an angle of 45 degrees and using brush shaped spindle.By manufacture 1:5 experimental model to do experiment about cleanning,the feasibility of the scheme is validated.The optimum speed is validated as 10m/min.The optimal rotation speed is validated as 1200r/min.The cleaning degree of the tested subjects is about 5%.(3)According to the TRIZ theory,we improved the shortcomings of the scheme,designed a detachable brush group that can replace components freely.(4)On the basis of ergonomics and based on the actual investigation of some cleaning workers in Shenyang,the parameters of the working chair are checked and improved.Get the results as follows:1)the adjustment range of the chair height:350mm~460mm;2)seat depth:350mm~400mm;3)the seat angle:3 degrees to 5 degrees;4)the backrest width:350mm~480mm;5)the backrest height:480mm~630mm;6)the angle between backrest and the seat surface:95 degrees to 105 degrees;7)handrail height:400mm~500mm.The design style of the instrument panel is reformed,and the situation of the subordinate item is displayed by means of the combination of graphic display and dial display,and the adjustment is more intuitive and easy to understand and reduces the user’s reading burden.(5)This paper used lump element to design roadside stone cleaning car.Based on the theory of TRIZ,we developed a washing machine for roadside stone.And the feasibility test has been tested.It provides a valuable reference for the field of roadside stone cleaning. | | Keywords/Search Tags: | Roadside stone, Ergonomics, Cleaning machine, Ease of use, TRIZ theory, Innovative design | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
