The biomass energy has the characteristics of zero emission of CO2 cycle and huge reserves.There are many ways of utilization,Biomass pyrolysis is an important thermal chemical utilization method of biomass.The biomass contains alkali metals and alkaline earth metal salts.Although the content of metal salts is low,it has a great influence on biomass pyrolysis.Therefore,it is necessary to study the effect of single alkali metal salts on biomass pyrolysis.In this paper,by adding alkali metal catalyst,pyrolysis experiments were carried out on rice straw?triarrhena and narenga porphyrocoma,analyze the pyrolysis characteristics and catalysis.Firstly,the rice straw,Triarrhena and narenga porphyrocoma as pickling treatment,removal of biomass internal alkali metal elements,The internal alkali metal catalysis was analyzed by TG-FTIR.Add 2%,5%,10%of the alkali metal solution(KC1 and NaCl)to the biomass pickling,Analysis of the external alkali metal catalysis.The results show that the alkali metal can advance the whole temperature range of the sample ahead of time.The volatilization temperature was significantly reduced during the biomass pyrolysis process.Promote the release of small molecular gases,such as CO,CO2 and so on,and inhibit the formation of CH4.At the same time,the high proportion of alkali metals is not conducive to the precipitation of organic gas C-O-C functional group and C=O functional group.At last,the three components of biomass were added to the alkali metal pyrolysis experiment.By comparing the simulated values of three components and experimental values,the results are as follows:In low temperature environment,biomass pyrolysis is not the same as three components separately pyrolysis.In the high temperature environment,the high temperature makes the bonding of the chemical bonds between the three components broken.The biomass pyrolysis is similar to that of the three component pyrolysis.Research shows that the process of biomass pyrolysis catalyzed by alkali metal salts catalyzes the pyrolysis of cellulose in three components.Thus,the pyrolysis range is moved forward as a whole.At the same time,different proportion of alkali metal salts have different degrees of catalysis on biomass pyrolysis.It effectively promote the pyrolysis reaction.
