In recent years,more and more bridges have been built,and the variety of bridge deck pavement structure has emerged,and kinds of diseases also come up with it.From the survey of curing,there are many diseases with the bridge deck pavement of the great longitudinal slope especially,which not only affect the durability of the bridge,but also greatly affect the driving quality,and increase the maintenance fund at the same time.Because of brake and the action of climbing,the damage of the great longitudinal slope bridge deck pavement is the most serious,and need to improve the stability and durability of deck pavement and reduce maintenance cost by further measures.This paper is based on the project of the Reconstruction Project of Ma’anshan’s Stretch of 205 National Highway(Cihu to Caishi),on basis of the original bridge deck pavement structure which is"AC-13C modified asphalt is used as the upper layer+AC-20C modified asphalt is used as the following layer+SBS modified asphalt is used as the waterproof layer+C40 cement concrete is used as the leveling layer",optimizing the mix proportion of asphalt material,adding the interfacial agent to between SBS modified asphalt and C40 cement concrete,anding putting forward the optimized bridge deck pavement structure,through laboratory test,finite element analysis,the test of field test section and quality observation of late,analysing whether the stability of the structure to the optimized bridge deck pavement improve.First,making sufferance force for the bridge deck pavement of the great longitudinal slope,proposing compressive strengt index requirement and shear strengt index requirement of SBS modified asphalt and C40 cement concrete.Then,optimizing the asphalt mixture material by test,adding adhesive material interfacial agent,and making pull out test and torsional shear test for bridge deck pavement structure,analysing optimized bridge deck pavement structure,the bond strength and anti-torsional shearing strength of asphalt water-proof layer and C40cement concrete,and confirming 0.2kg/m~2 is the usage amount of bonding material interfacial agent which"cost officient"is the highest.The pull-out simulation test and torsion shear simulation test of optimized bridge deck pavement structure are carried out by using ABAQUS software,the anti-drawing and anti-torsion shearing resistance of the bridge deck pavement structure had improved significantly under the circumstances of 0.2kg/m~2 interfacial agent by simulated experiments.Finally,through the construction technology control of G205 test section bridge deck pavement structure,improving the construction quality of bridge deck pavement and interfacial agent,making pull out test and torsional shear test in field test section,and checking whether the bond strength and shearing strength of optimized bridge deck pavement structure meets the requirements of theory.Two years after traffic,making detection and assessment for optimized bridge deck pavement structure and bridge deck pavement structure which not adding interfacial agent.
