With the development of civil engineering industry in China,concrete construction technology has gradually improved,and prestressing technology has also been promoted and applied in the bridge construction process,in addition to the construction of various large-span bridges across the river,even in the construction of cities and railways.There are already a large number of bridges in China,and among the many types of bridges,prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges have become common bridges with their unique advantages.There are many construction techniques for prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges,such as full house supports,roof push methods,and cantilever constructions.The cantilever method is most widely used in construction.This paper uses the cantilever method for construction.As we all know,for the construction of bridges,the difference in construction technology directly affects the stress of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges,especially for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges with large spans,its structural stress is more complex..At the same time,the change in the shape of the bridge is also closely related to the construction method and process.In addition,due to the agitation of concrete,uneven grouting,and changes in the surrounding environment and other factors,the bridge will have deviations in stress and line shape from the design values during various construction phases.Therefore,it is essential to monitor the bridge construction process.Construction monitoring means that during the construction process,the deflection and stress of each segment are monitored and appropriate adjustments are made so that the ideal line shape and application requirements can be achieved.In the construction monitoring of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges,appropriate construction monitoring methods must be selected to ensure the quality of bridge structures and construction safety.This paper first introduced the development of prestressed concrete continuous girder bridges and the development of construction control technology,clarified the purpose and significance of construction monitoring,and then summarized the content and methods of construction monitoring.Then use the software to simulate and simulate the actual bridge material and construction process,establish the finite element model of the bridge,and analyze the model.Then through the monitoring means,the actual internal force and the linear state of the bridge are obtained.The following conclusions are obtained through comparative analysis with the theoretical values:(1)There are many influencing factors in the process of bridge construction,and it is necessary to accurately identify the system parameters and adjust the calculation model.(2)Through the analysis of the model,it can be concluded that at the maximum cantilever stage and the bridged state,there is no tensile stress in the section of the main beam,and the effect of the overall stress on the compression,and the maximum compressive stress meets the specification requirements,and the structure is reasonably stressed.,Provides guarantee for construction safety;(3)In each construction stage,the elevation of the vertical mold is set reasonably,and the measured value of each point of the box girder is not much different from the theoretical value.Within the allowable error range,the overall linear control meets the design requirements.Finally,the parameter identification was analyzed,the parameter sensitivity of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge was studied,and the parameters of the bridge structure were identified by sensitive parameter identification method.In this paper,the monitoring methods used during the construction of the prestressed concrete continuous beam bridges and the stress characteristics of the bridges during the construction process can provide certain reference for the construction monitoring of similar bridges in the future.
