With the transformation and upgrading of the construction industry,the construction industrialization is an important direction of the development of the construction industry,which has gradually become the industry attention and research focus.The assembly structure system is an important content of building industrialization.Compared with traditional cast-in-place buildings,prefabricated buildings can effectively protect the environment,shorten the construction period and reduce energy consumption.Therefore,building industrialization is the inevitable direction for transformation and upgrading of construction enterprises,and it is also the only way for the development of China's construction industry.But at present,the development of prefabricated buildings in our country is still in the primary stage.At this stage,everyone pays attention to the benefits brought by prefabricated buildings and few people analyze the quality.Therefore,it is necessary to study the assembly quality.As we all know,the prefabricated building's operation is the process of assembling the prefabricated components from the factory to the construction site,so the quality of the fabricated building is fundamentally based on the quality of each prefabricated component.Because the precast components are produced in the factory for flow production,this paper analyzes the production capacity of prefabricated components based on the manufacturing process capability index in the manufacturing industry.The main contents are as follows:1)Through reading the large number of related documents and materials,we can understand the development and research status of prefabricated construction quality at home and abroad,and lay a solid foundation for the analysis of this paper.2)Through a large number of quality management books,we can find out the relevant principles of quality management and process quality control,which will provide theoretical support for the analysis and research in this paper.3)Through visiting and studying the major assembly construction enterprises in the city,we collect relevant measured data of prefabricated components,analyze and sort out these data,and provide actual measurement data for the analysis and research of quality control for prefabricated building components.4)Using the statistical quality tools of the mathematical statistics software minitab to analyze the process capability of the measured prefabricated component size data,obtain the process capability indices after the BOX-COX conversion and their corresponding overall prediction qualification rates.which find out the approximate correspondence between them,and provide analysis and research ideas for the application of process capability index in the process quality of prefabricated prefabricated components.5)In view of the process capability index of process quality analysis in extensive research,the theoretical relationship between the process capability index and the sampling lot size,sample size,sampling acceptance number,and sampling risk was studied.It shows a series of reasonable theoretical numerical connections between the process production capacity of the product and the sampling inspection standard,applies these connections to the building prefabricated components.Therefore,it provides reference for the research on the control of process quality of actual prefabricated prefabricated components.
