Since electricity used in industrial production,power quality problems has been plagued by power researchers.Electric power development to modern,a lot of power quality problems to solve and improve,but also is due to power in the development,some new problems also follows.Traditional power quality problems such as voltage deviation,power system frequency deviation,three-phase voltage unbalance power system lead to problems such as power supply reliability protected in the electric power development at the same time.Reactive power compensation problem now more and more get the attention of people,thus developed a series of devices.The reactive power compensation of power supply system is to ensure a good power quality problem is an important link,this paper first research present situation of reactive power compensation,the principle of mixed static reactive power compensation system has made the detailed analysis,especially for a special kind of hybrid compensationevice-HSVS were studied,including its hardware circuit topology structure,working principle and the simulation.Second,also studies the hybrid compensation system of signal detection and output control,also are simulated and compared.After introduces the knowledge of the theory above was carried out for this kind of compensation system design,from the main circuit structure design to the hard and software design,seen from the side although this compensation system hardware is more complex,but the software is relatively easy to control.In addition,also for this kind of system in fast tracking system reactive power changes,timely and effective control of voltage fluctuation and flicker and harmonic interference suppression is studied.At the time of system test,through hardware,software,the machine test,found that the device is feasible in theory and in reality.And in the use of Matlab/Simulink simulation,comparison between parties,after repeated experiments,compared the superiority of mixed static reactive power compensation system.Finally,this paper also studies the power supply system,a kind of special-arc furnace power supply system,because HSVS is widely used in it,to improve the system voltage quality,three-phase equilibrium and reactive power compensation played a crucial role.
