The Urban Rail Vehicular Rail Corrugation Detection System

As the most sustainable transportation mode,rail transit has become the main artery of national economy,a popular mean of transport.and the operation framework of modern urban construction.It is an important basic industry and critical national infrastructure.As the rapid industry construction,the problems troubling the development of rail transit gradually highlight,especially in the cities which has stepped into urban rail transit operation at early time.As the extension of route,the increase of the train,the lines more or less have rail corrugation problem.The problem will produce great impact on wheel/rail relationship,gravely reduces the comfort of passengers,increases the risk of train operation and the wheel/rail costs of maintenance and repair.Therefore,the research of this topic is very meaningful.This paper has carried out research on the testing means and maintenance status of rail corrugation,learned the difficulties of the existing technology and application,determined vehicular as the application way,designed the vehicular city rail corrugation test system under the following four core theories:"wheel/rail information perception based on the generalized resonance principle ","rail impact information extraction based on resonance demodulation way","full digital speed phase tracking sampling data sample calibration method" and"wheel/rail vibration and shock wave multiple parameters of rail corrugation degree evaluation method".Based on the the premise of core theory and application,this subject mainly research on the hardware design and algorithm design research,determine the capacitive sensors as the sensitive components of the vibration impact signal source;the electronic resonance and data extracting of vibration impact is realized by the analog circuit which is mainly used by filtering.Data acquisition,storage and communication functions are realized by using ARM+AD.And finally,the detection conclusion of rail wave mill is obtained by means of corrugation qualitative analysis algorithm,quantitative analysis algorithm and comprehensive decision-making algorithm.Finally,the urban rail vehicular rail corrugation detection system has been carried out a large number of field test and data analysis,and the diagnosis was compared with the actual situation analysis,Which effectively helps rail transit operation units find rail grinding,assess damage degree,and carry out targeted maintenance.
