In order to grasp the traffic conditions and traffic operating parameters of the road network,to balance traffic supply and demand,to ease the contradiction between traffic supply and demand and to improve the traffic conditions of road network,it is very important to establish a traffic equilibrium distribution model which conforms to the actual characteristics of urban transportation network.The network equilibrium analysis is an important way to grasp the traffic conditions and traffic operation parameters of the road network and to analyze the influence mechanism of each factor on the traffic condition of the road network and the transfer mechanism among the traffic modes sharing rate.But the traditional method of network equilibrium analysis is often confined to a certain mode of traffic or a single user type,coupled with the influence of various uncertainty factors on the actual network,it is difficult to obtain the actual situation of the network equilibrium flow mode.Therefore,in this paper,the problem of mixed equilibrium of multi-user and multi-mode under the influence of random supply is studied.This paper describes the multi-user and multi-mode mixed traffic network,depicts the randomness of the traffic network supply,and constructs the generalized travel cost function and the travel utility function of four types of traffic modes contain car,taxi,bus and urban rail transit.Based on the condition of network equilibrium and the application of the theory of variational inequality,a multi-user and multi-modal mixed equilibrium VI model is established,the solution of the model is realized by an algorithm based on the method of successive average(MSA)nested Gauss-Seidel iteration method.The feasibility of the model and the algorithm is verified with a concrete numerical example.The analysis of the numerical example obtains the saturation of the road sections and the parking facilities,the sharing rate of various modes of various users under the different travel demand,different parking cost and different demotion of road network when the road network is balanced,and the influence mechanism of each factor on the traffic condition of the road network and the transfer mechanism among the traffic modes sharing rate.The results show that the analysis of traffic network equilibrium under different travel demand,different parking rates and different demotion of road network can provide theoretical support for bottleneck identification and the judgment of capacity of road network,which can provide reference and technical support for the priority development of public transport and the reasonable allocation of traffic modes in the road network.Through the control of the parking cost in the urban center area,Cutting part of travel volume of car and reducing some bottlenecks,so that the road network of traffic condition in central area can improve.Research on the mixed equilibrium of multi-user and multi-mode in stochastic traffic network,is conducive to master the traffic conditions and traffic operating parameters,to guide to plan the measure of traffic demand management and traffic supply schemes,to improve the rationality of travel demand and the effectiveness of supply of traffic network.There is important significance of theoretical and practical application for that to alleviate the contradiction between supply and demand of urban traffic with both supply and demand measures,to improve the efficiency of urban transportation network and the quality of travel,so as to provide support for improving urban traffic congestion.
