The electric vehicle is an effective means of energy saving and emission reduction are constantly being applied,because its development will bring many unexpected benefits,the rapid development of V2 G technology,since the development to the present,concern the enthusiasm of daily hyperplasia,it alleviates the electric power stress,add a fire for the environment governance in the new energy development and the history of buried an important,in order to complete this process,the need for a bridge and link,connects the power grid and electric vehicles,as this important role is the charge discharge,it is similar to play the role of a porter,if electric the car needs power,it put the grid energy to electric vehicles,then,if the grid needs energy compensation,it also had to go to this energy grid,implementation of the V2 G technology,so the research of vehicle type discharging machine is very important.This paper is to design a new car charger,and now the structure is substantially the same,is also a grade two electrical isolation structure,and the choice of the double half bridge three level converter with improved bridgeless PFC and electrical isolation,focuses on the principle and performance of it,makes a brief introduction to charging mode,after analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the charging method,finally combines the advantages of constant current and constant voltage and pulse,proposed a maximum gradient method of intelligent charging,the charging method to shorten charging time and also prolong the life cycle of the battery.Based on the principle of main circuit,the performance index and the traditional control strategy are compared.The improved control strategy is proposed.The AC/DC converter,the duty cycle prediction and the single cycle control strategy,and the single cycle control strategy,and the single cycle control strategy,the DC/DC converter,the new dual phase modulation strategy is selected.The vehicle charging and discharging machine is controlled by two times.The model of the system is simulated,which proves the feasibility of using the modified duty cycle prediction control and new type double phase shift control system.
