With the development of modern aviation industry,the structure of aero engine is becoming more and more complex,and the research on engine fault is getting more and more attention by people.As an important part of the civil aviation aircraft,APU plays an important role in the safety of the aircraft.On the basis of the analysis of the function and performance of the APU airborne sensor,a generalized least squares identification method is used to model the airborne sensor under normal and fault conditions.A fault diagnosis system for APU airborne sensor is designed,and the function of fault diagnosis is realized by using multi wavelet and least square support vector classifier.The feasibility of fault diagnosis system is proved by the test of airborne sensor,and the automation of fault diagnosis is realized.The fault diagnosis system is compared with the traditional fault diagnosis method,the fault diagnosis system can effectively shorten the time of fault diagnosis and improve the efficiency of fault diagnosis.
