Structure with base isolation method can effectively achieve the goal of shock absorbing.In order to improve the self reduction performance of laminated rubber bearing,the shape memory alloy material is added to the base isolation bearing,give full play to the superelastic property of silk material,design the reset SMA wire-laminated rubber bearing.Using theoretical analysis,experimental study,numerical simulation and application analysis combin method.sutdy the shape memory alloy composite rubber bearing restoring force model characteristics,dynamic characteristics,change rules and composite bearing isolation energy dissipation characteristics.A numerical analysis method is adopted to study the characteristics of the shape memory alloy composite laminated rubber bearing,the effects of horizontal displacement,vertical load and ambient temperature on the equivalent horizontal stiffness,equivalent damping ratio and energy consumption per unit of the composite support are analyzed.the study of theory based on architecture Auricchio&Sacco constitutive model,numerical simulation superelasticity of SMA wires,pointed out that the constitutive strain and temperature as control variable in the study of numerical flexibility and operability,by comparison with test results,verify the reliability and applicability of the model.In the aspect of application analysis,combining with the current building seismic design code,a numerical simulation on seismic response of frame structure model,validate this design since the restoration of the vibration isolation performance of composite rubber bearing.In this paper,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The Auricchio & Sacco constitutive model,using ADINA finite element analysis software to simulate and analyze the SMA wires,the simulation results is proved well by coMParison with the experimental results,the super elasticity property of the constitutive model can well reflect the SMA wires.(2)A new self reset composite rubber bearing is designed by using high damping property and superelasticity property of shape memory alloy.The working principle and the calculating formula of restoring force are analyzed.The mechanical analysis results show that the SMA strand is a supplement to the restoring force of laminated rubber bearing.(3)Horizontal displacement amplitude and environmental temperature change is affecting the reset SMA wire-the main factors of the laminated rubber bearing.Displacement amplitude of the process of change from low to high,since the reset the hysteresis curve of composite rubber bearings are relatively full,show that the vibration isolation device has good energy dissipation ability;And hysteresis curve reflects the "double flag" characteristics,also shows that the vibration isolation device has stable since the reset function.(4)Structure model is established for seismic performance research,response spectrum analysis and time history analysis results show that using SMA superelastic property of the compound rubber bearing has the reset function can not only achieve good isolation effect,also can effectively control the displacement of isolation layer,fully illustrates the rationality of the design of isolation bearings.
