The effect of sulfur of coal on dry coal shed structure caused corrosion of the shell,the instability in the collapse of the dry coal shed caused by bearing corrosion,It is necessary to study the effect of corrosion and the carrying capacity of the structure during the service period.enough specimen is obtained by calculation of the power consumption and time to control the amount of corrosion of welded hollow sphere based on the method of electrochemical corrosion and Faraday's law,after the experiment of compressive ultimate bearing capacity,a relationship between ultimate bearing capacity of specimen and the corrosion rate is obtained by regression analysis,The method based on electrochemical accelerated corrosion and Faraday's law,drawing on electrochemical corrosion test welding hollow balls accelerated corrosion test,corrosion by trying to experimental research results.By Faraday's law to calculate the quantity of electricity and electric corrosion time to control the welding hollow ball,making enough different corrosion rate of the specimen.Based on electrochemical method of accelerated corrosion and Faraday's law,to calculate the electric current and electric corrosion time to control the welding hollow ball,making enough different corrosion rate of the specimen.To local corrosion of specimen,through the ultimate bearing capacity experiment to determine compressive capacity limit.In different service life of welded hollow ball corrosion depth as the standard,Markov process is put forward for reference of the buried pipeline corrosion model,based on the theory of random defects introduced service time and the relationship between the corrosion rate.Finite element software ANSYS to analyze the dry coal shed instance,found that when structure serving time in 25 years,but close to the actual structure of the bearing capacity after corrosion component bearing capacity,the structure is still in safe condition,when serving time reach 26 to 40 years,a shortage of capacity,and increased year by year,when the structure of the service life of more than 50 years,most of the focus area limited bearing capacity of welded hollow ball below bearing capacity of structure required for normal use value,structural instability.
