Electric vehicles was widely used in various fields such as logistics,transportation and so on,Because of its advantages of low noise and non-emissions.The electric transport platform was one of the applications,which mainly used for short distance transportation of some precision instruments,such as laser radar and optical instruments etc.In this paper,the parameters matching for a certain transport platform was calculated,and the dynamic & economical research of the transport platform was carried out.Finally,the hardware,software of a vehicle controller for the electric transport platform was designed.The main research work was as follows:(1)According to the basic parameters and project object of the transport platform,detailed dynamic system parameters matching calculation and selection was carried out;(2)It was conducted a Joint simulation based on the Simulink and AVL_CRUISE,in order to improve the dynamic performance and give consideration to the economical efficiency,at the same time to ensure the transport platform has a better controllability.The simulation model was built based on fuzzy control strategy and was set up a rear driving power with energy feedback simulation model of the front and rear axle braking distribution.At last,by comparing the simulation results of different control strategies,the dynamics and economy of transport platform was simulated and analyzed;(3)The vehicle controller of the transport platform was developed,which was designed mainly from two aspects of hardware and software,including the selection of hardware module,design of the hardware circuit,and the modular compilation design of software;By collecting the accelerant pedal signal and the displacement signalof brake pedal,the driving intention of driver was converted to the control signal of the whole vehicle controller.By switching different keys,the VCU can give corresponding motor drive signal to meet actual various working conditions,and able to feedback the energy of the motor during braking;(4)The actual vehicle road test was carried out on different driving modes at different driving speeds.At the same time,the data collected by the controller transmitting to the PC by SCI serial port.It was analyzed the experimental results by comparing the simulation model results and verified the feasibility of the developed vehicle controller.
