| The tower crane is a kind of large-scale construction machinery with features such as the high center of gravity,the large working range,the large lifting capacity,and the high operating speed,and it is also a special equipment with a higher accident rating.Therefore,it is necessary to realize the safety monitoring of the tower crane working parameters in order to improve the safety factor of the tower crane working.This thesis was based on the analysis of the status quo and the development trend of tower crane safety monitoring systems at home and abroad,and aiming at the lacking safety monitoring of tower cranes in China,especially the lacking safety monitoring of tower crane hoisting ropes,and detailedly analysised of the key factors causing tower crane’s the related parameters affecting the safety work of the tower crane.According to the working characteristics of tower cranes,this thesis put forward to use the relevant sensors and the technology of CCD non-contact detection to monitor and process the tower crane monitoring signals to achieve tower crane’s safety monitoring and warning in advance.This thesis has studied and designed the safety monitoring system of the tower crane,and completed the hardware design of the tower crane’s safety monitoring system and the software function of the monitoring system,especially the detection and determination of broken wire and deformation parameters of the steel wire rope.Thus,the safety factor of the tower crane safety monitoring system can be improved.The tower crane safety monitoring system in this thesis mainly includes the broken wire and deformation detection of the steel wire rope,the sensor of tower crane’s monitoring and control module,and the software of tower crane safety monitoring system.Firstly,it has carried out the theoretical feasibility analysis for the broken wire and deformation detection technology of the wire rope.The overall framework and specific scheme of tower crane safety monitoring system are designed on this basis.Secondly,the tower crane safety monitoring system hardware platform was designed according to the tower crane monitoring and control system’s scheme.The hardware platform includes the broken wire of wire rope and deformation monitoring module based on CCD image processing,controller module based on ARM Cortex-M4 kernel,the data module of CAN bus that based on TJA1050 communication,low-power smart hook that based on Lora communication,and Memory module IS62WV51216,storage module SD card,communication module,power supply module,clock module,etc.The EMC(electromagnetic compatibility)of the tower crane sensor monitoring and control module is analyzed through the selection of components,the modular design of the circuit,and the design of the PCB board.Then,the corresponding safety monitoring system software was designed according to the software program of tower crane safety monitoring system.The software consists of tower crane sensor monitoring and control module’s firmware,the algorithm of wire rope CCD detection,and the interface of monitoring.The tower crane sensor monitoring and control module firmware can realize the receiving,calculation,abnormal processing and transmission of all sensor data of the tower crane;the steel wire rope CCD detection’s algorithm can achieve wire breakage and deformation monitoring of the steel wire rope;The monitoring interface is a summary of the image and data of the entire tower crane safety monitoring system,including sensor monitoring and control module data,serial communication data,monitoring screen,CCD wire rope detection data,etc,operators can understand the working status of the entire tower crane in real time through the monitoring interface.Finally,the commissioning and testing of the tower crane safety monitoring system is completed.The connection and commissioning of the tower crane sensor monitoring control module’s hardware and the tower crane safety monitoring system’s software are realized.The sensor data,monitoring screens,and the detected steel wire data of the tower crane sensor monitoring and control module are tested,and the good monitoring performance of the tower crane monitoring system is verified and achieved the expected results. |
