Research On Reform Strategy Based On Housing Thermal Comfort Improvement

In recent years,with the rapid economic and social development of rural areas in northern Anhui Province,most families start building new houses in pursuit of high quality living space or in need of new residence for young people.These new houses have become the mainstream residential form of current Northern AnHui rural area.The new houses are mainly designed by the owners’ themselves,and constructed by local construction team.Since lack of professional skills,the local residents backward construction idea,building often arbitrary construction,style is copied not new to each other,neither beautiful nor economic.House’s floor plan model is a single,functional structure existence question,for the lack of technology to support the use of materials and technology.Without the calculation of structural engineers,construction of reinforcement and foundation design are made without training or no qualification according to the experience of migrant workers.Constructors are farmers turned to piece together into a construction team,without training,lack of relevant knowledge.Therefore,construction quality cannot be guaranteed.This paper focuses on the current problem of poor indoor thermal comfort in residential areas in rural areas of Wuhu,combined with several typical types of rural housing in the Wuhu region,including the corridor-type plane.The layout,the layout of large bays,the centralized layout,and the large-intensity-intensity-concentration plane layout will be discussed.On this basis,the possibilities for the implementation of space transformation,envelope reconstruction,and comprehensive transformation will be discussed.Through on-site questionnaire surveys,through literature studies,field visits,and the use of related professional instrumentation to measure actual indoor physical parameters in rural areas in the region,the problems of indoor thermal environments in winter were analyzed,and discussions were conducted on space and envelope structures.Research and use of energy-saving software DesignBuilder to carry out simulations,put forward corresponding transformation strategies,analyze and explore the improvement of indoor comfort of three kinds of flat layout type houses in different transformation modes,and finally balance the appropriate factors in combination with economic comparison and analysis and other influencing factors.The transformation strategy.
