With the expansion of the installation of new energy generating equipments,the problem of energy assimilation is getting more and more serious in China.Abandoning wind power,for example,is getting more severe year on year,which has become the key problem that is confining the new energy development.The combined operation of wind power generation and energy storage provides a feasible solution to power loss.Researches and experiments home and abroad in this respect are in great amount,yet most of them are focused on centralized energy storage.The application of distributed energy storage and its related problems,on the other hand,have rarely been discussed.This essay is based on a real case of practice and application of distributed wind energy storage.The wind turbine model is Denmark Micon with a small capacity of 600 KW from Huitengxile Wind Farm in Inner Mongolia.The essay discussed the whole process from system design,equipment selection,procurement,installation,to debugging and operation.The application of one single wind turbine unit combined with battery energy storage system is realized in this case.The related technology of combined optimization of wind power and battery energy storage system is verified,and the economy of joint operation is analyzed.It provides an important reference for the application and popularization of the combined operation of wind power and power saving mechanism.In the aspect of security,it has a perfect protection scheme for the energy storage demonstration system,which can quickly isolate the internal and external faults.Thus the wind turbine unit is protected at the same time.via wind power cable T joint in the step-up transformer low voltage side of the fan outlet,based on the principle of safety first,joint operation of wind storage test system is configured with perfect protection scheme demonstration,the wind generator with the original protection linkage,can quickly isolate the internal and external fault,the safe operation of the implementation.In the aspect of hardware configuration,this paper gives the design of the functional requirements of power control,voltage regulation,protection,grid voltage and frequency abnormal response.In the aspect of software configuration,the new monitoring software is developed.The running state and the parameters of the energy storage system can be monitored in real time through the wireless two-way communication.Three kinds of energy storage control strategies are designed in the software,which are artificial control,optimal control and timing control.In this design,the wind storage combined operation test system successfully verified the feasibility of the distributed energy storage system.The actual running characteristics of the battery energy storage system and the effects of the coordinated control system are being researched.This paper will move wind energy storage and transportation from theory to practice,and leave the most important first-hand information,providing experience and criterion for large-scale popularization and application of wind energy storage technology,and laying a foundation for the early application of wind energy storage and energy storage in engineering practice.The economy of pool energy storage technology is desperately needed in future development.
