The 19 th National Congress of CPC deicided that China's thermal power generation should be adjusted to 33%,therefore,the thermal power units in our country convert to " less units,large capacity,high parameter",at the same time,the department related asked that boiler superheater and reheater of high-temperature heating surface should be further improved.The improvement of boiler steam parameters increase the burst probability of high temperature heating surface overheating tube,which will seriously affect the safe and stable operation of power plant units.While the furnace temperature distribution of heated wall temperature plays a decisive role,therefore,considering the safe and stable operation of power plants,the temperature distribution inside the furnace with smoke,high temperature heating surface tube wall temperature,plants are to establish a set of reasonable tube wall temperature calculation and high temperature slagging prediction model,and develop a practical the online monitoring system of high temperature heating surface temperature of slag and has great engineering improvement for the entire power industry.Since the flue gas temperature inside the furnace is high when the boiler is burning,the traditional thermocouple temperature measurement method can not measure its temperature accurately in the long term,not to mention the accurate distribution of flue gas temperature inside the furnace.In addition to traditional heating wall temperature monitoring points are generally set at the outside of the tube wall,due to the long-term experience of high temperature flue gas erosion,it is difficult to accurately work long time.Aiming at the above problems,this paper proposes an online monitoring system of high temperature heating surface temperature and slag.This paper introduces in detail and discusses the support vector machine and heated wall temperature calculation model,followed by a 300 MW power plant boiler as the research object by using numerical simulation software(fluent)to a large number of numerical simulation of the combustion chamber,and verify the simulation results and statistical data analysis.Based on multiple combustion,combining with the power plant boiler real-time operation parameters and using support vector machine for training data from the study,we can get the internal temperature distribution of arbitrary position and prediction model;then,we can calculate the high temperature of heating surface of tube wall and,based on the calculation of the ash softening temperature,we obtain the early warning of slag on heating surface.At last,the functions of each module of the system are realized by using C#,Html,Javascript and other languages and tools,so as to be utilized by the power plant.
